Lady Gaga was slotted to perform a tribute to the late David Bowie at Monday night's Grammys, and in true Gaga fashion, she embraced the role and went into full character of her lost idol. Dressed in custom Marc Jacobs with flaming red hair and bejeweled eye makeup, Gaga took the red carpet paying homage to the rock legend and dressed as a "lady" Ziggy Stardust.

Gaga's hair was styled by Frederic Aspiras for L'Anza Healing Haircare. For her look, Aspiras began by washing Gaga's hair with Keratin Healing Oil Shampoo and Keratin Healing Oil Conditioner. He towel dried her hair and then applied Healing Style Polyester on top for texture, volume and shine. From mid-shaft to ends, Aspiras applied Healing Style Design Foam and then created two sections, top and bottom.

Using a small round brush, he blowdried the top back of her hair for more volume. For the lower section, Aspiras blowdried with a large round brush to give movement to the look, as well as a soft curl. Then, using a 2-inch curling iron, he curled toward the back and center, then curled the back of the hair going upwards, pinning each curl with a clip and allowing to cool.

Once the clips were removed, Aspiras misted Healing Style Dry Texture Spray onto hair and used a paddle brush to brush out curls.

To finish, he sprayed Healing Style Beach Spray throughout, then used Healing Style Sculpt Dry Clay to piece and mold the top and sides, and lastly applied a final mist of Keratin Healing Oil Lustrous Finishing Spray
