We moved our salon to a new locatio back in july and decided to develop new policies and the one was not to have the client blowdry their own hair.I feel it is unprofessional and does not provide an image in our salon that I would like to promote. We have had a couple people not happy with that and that doent bother me as much as the fact their are ocassions we can get more customers in that only want a color or foil but are willing to forgo the blowdry.During the cold weather season they ask "can i just get the water out of my hair?" then we are going back on our policy and this creates a problem..
Aside from setting up an area where the client can blowdry their own hair any other ideas...
